Gaye is a Midlands-based CIMA-qualified finance director with 25 years’ experience as an FD in the manufacturing sector and over 20 years of corporate finance advisory experience.
Gaye is a highly experienced finance director and general manager with a proven track record of delivering strategic objectives in both PLCs and SMEs, including private equity-backed businesses. With full P&L responsibilities and extensive board-level experience, Gaye has worked across a range of highly competitive and diverse business sectors, successfully guiding teams to achieve their goals.
Throughout her career, Gaye has excelled in building and leading finance teams, driving strategic growth, and delivering measurable improvements in financial performance. Her expertise spans cash and cost control, commercial analysis, project management, and the development of detailed long-term financial plans. Gaye has consistently demonstrated her ability to navigate complex business environments, whether in global corporations or smaller enterprises, delivering results that have improved profitability, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. Her strategic insight, combined with hands-on operational involvement, ensures that she consistently delivers on time and to budget, while maintaining a focus on innovation and team development.
